I am a cold caller, a door opener. Been doing it for decades for large and small companies alike across a wide array of industries and services.

I’ve been doing B to B cold calling for over four decades. It is all I do.
Initially, I try to learn as much as necessary about your business or organization. My goal is to arrange a follow up for you to pitch your product and/or service. Using a baseball analogy, my goal is to put you on first base before you communicate with a potential client or customer. Not infrequently I am able to put you on second base or even third base. And while hitting a home run is rare, I’ve done that too.
I do not follow a script. I do not make as many calls as possible. Quantity of calls is of no interest to me. Quality is. I research each company before calling. I’m looking at the company website while making the call. Getting to the right person is easy and having a productive initial conversation is what I do well.
Effective cold calling can lead to any number of things, a personal appointment, a telephone exchange, an email exchange, a brochure request, a zoom meeting, a sample request…. the possibilities are endless!
Few people do what I do. Actually, I’m probably the only one.
It’s pretty easy to understand….. I open, you close.
